    With this program, you'll build foundational and lastingstrength to compliment power. This program is recommended to be repeated 2-4 times for lasting progress

    4 strength and power days, 1 optional hypertrophy session, 4 weeks of periodisation using percentages for smooth progression and correct volume to will mitigate excessive fatigue and injury risk

    You'll perform Power Based Lifts, Plyometrics and Periodised Strength Lifts to improve Rate of Force Development and Neural drive to assist whatever sport or training goal you have.

    This program will combine all of your best training traits to make you the unstoppable athlete.
